Josh’s faith and spiritual life are the primary drivers of all of his activity, energy, work, and creativity. His core desire is to help people overcome challenges in their lives. He believes the purpose of his life is to serve others.

Second only to his faith is Josh’s family. He prioritizes nothing above his beautiful wife and the three children he has been blessed with. No one who knows Josh receives more of him than his family does.

Through his firm, J Randall Henderson Law PLLC, Josh continues to provide representation across family law, criminal law, personal injury, and business matters including formation, contracts, and partnership disputes. He emphasizes rapid resolution and high levels of client care and communication.

Through Ellison Helmsman Inc, the consulting firm he founded in 2016, Josh provides a variety of services and programs using the methodology for the process of strategic growth he developed during his years in management of law firms and other businesses. His method is based on over 22 years of research and study in the area of human behavior and behavioral change on the individual and organizational level.

Finalizing several works and products, Josh anticipates the release of several books and products throughout the rest of 2024 and into 2025.

Josh maintains an active network of business partners in other areas of industry across specializations. Under the parent company he formed, he continues to build out the portfolio of business opportunities based on the observations and concepts he has made over his career as an attorney and business consultant.

Currently, Josh is assembling the team that will operate the non-profit organization intended to use the intellectual property created and provided by his consulting firm, Ellison Helmsman Inc, to advance social cause in several topical areas including education, family, communities, poverty, homelessness, prison reform, and politics.
